This was handmade by someone selling them at a martial arts school I attended many years ago.
You won't find this exact build in a catalog or store anywhere.
Solid wood.

There is a hole for a screw and a frame hanger on the back. Suggest screwing or nailing into a wall stud.
Mounted on the wall in my home office for many years before I remodeled the room.
