These are hand made locking saddle racks for english tack.This is listing is for one rack but I have two available. and I will combine shipping for 26lbs if you buy both.  They can be used at a race track, installed in a trailer,  in your stable or any where you need to secure you tack with a lock.  They are pre owned and show little rust few scratches and marks. They are heavy duty steel. NOT thin tube steel. They can be attached walls or trailer with screws lag bolts or bolts. When these racks are closed and locked you CAN NOT remove the bolts or screws.
